Tweet Things warrants that, at the time of purchase, our birds(s) are in good health and are free of congenital defects. The Buyer (at the Buyer's expense) must have the bird(s) examined by an Avian Vet within 72 hrs. of purchase. If the bird(s) is found to have a condition that was present in the bird(s) prior to purchase, Tweet Things agrees, at it's discretion, to either refund the purchase price or replace said bird(s). If said bird(s) become ill or expire due to Buyer's fault, Tweet Things can not be held liable.
